The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction hosted on www.huutokaupat.com between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be submitted no later than 4 August 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the auction item number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants are advised to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will normally be the person whose bid is accepted in the online auction. If a bidder has submitted the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The asset has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by public sale, in compliance where applicable with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

Appeals against the sale and against acts related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. A notice of appeal is attached to the sales decision.
