Offered for sale by online auction on Huutokaupat.com from 6 July to 26 July 2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
How to submit bids
The lot is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 6 July and 26 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Jyväskylä office, address Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100 Jyväskylä, or by e-mail to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
Buyer’s liability
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The buyer must immediately pay a 20 per cent deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted as highest. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.
If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment extension may be granted for the balance of the purchase price. The payment period will be notified separately. If a payment extension is granted, annual interest pursuant to Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is payable on the whole purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.
If no payment extension is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.
If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the price is paid or the property is re‑sold.
Obligations and rights transferred to the buyer
The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection contracts.
Other information
The asset is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.
Buyers are urged to thoroughly inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
The State has a pre‑emptive right to purchase the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or for safeguarding territorial integrity (Act on the State’s pre‑emptive right in certain areas 29 March 2019/469).
Persons from outside the EU and EEA may acquire real estate in Finland only if a permit is granted (Act on the requirement for a permit for certain real estate acquisitions 29 March 2019/470). The buyer is responsible for obtaining the permit and any obligations arising from it. More information is available on the Ministry of Defence website.
Appeals
An enforcement appeal against the sale and any actions related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sale decision.
