The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a purchase candidate may submit a written bid to the Enforcement Authority. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding function.
