Portable cabin at Nortamonkatu 42A, Rauma

The City of Rauma is selling a former social welfare portable cabin located at Nortamonkatu 40A, property identifier 403-1-22-6. This is one of ten portable cabins for sale in Rauma, six of which are on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The cabin was previously used as supported housing for clients requiring stronger support. Because of prior use, the interior surfaces, fittings and equipment may show significant damage and wear. This cabin has several major damages and deficiencies. The lock is broken, part of the floor has been removed and some piping has been taken out. Electrical wiring is completely missing. In addition, the windows are broken and all fixtures in the kitchen, WC and shower areas have been removed. The condition of the property may have deteriorated since the photos were taken.

The sale includes the cabin and its movable contents. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The gross area of the cabin is approximately 29 m² and the net area 27 m². The cabin is sold as seen at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for relocating the building and all related costs.

No separate viewing will be arranged for the cabin, but it can be inspected independently from the outside.
