The property has been seized and is sold by private sale under the enforcement officer’s supervision in accordance with chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, following the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. More information is available in the sales prospectus.

Bids apply to the purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus lists obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer and provides information on any company loan shares, outstanding service charges or other claims that the buyer will be responsible for or required to pay in order to gain possession of the flat.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Försäljningsvillkor:

Fastigheten är utsökt och säljs under hand genom utmätningsmannens försorg i enlighet med utsökningsbalken 5 kap. 76 § och utsökningsbalkens allmänna auktionsvillkor. Utmätningsmannen kan godkänna eller förkasta det högsta angivna anbudet i auktionen. Mer information finns i försäljningsprospektet.

Buden avser köpesumman som ska betalas i sin helhet till Utsökningsverket. Läs försäljningsprospektet för information om eventuella låneandelar, obetalda bolagsvederlag och andra skyldigheter eller kostnader som den nya ägaren även svarar för eller är skyldig att betala för att få aktielägenheten i sin besittning.

Buden som lämnas i nätauktionen är bindande. Om ett bud godkänns är den som lämnat budet skyldig att betala det erbjudna köpesumman. Underlåtenhet att betala det erbjudna köpesumman kan leda till köparens ersättningsskyldighet enligt utsökningsbalken 5 kap. 25 §.
