The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 23 July 2026–17 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 17 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered in writing no later than 13 August 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5kr., 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the auction item number in the online auction service to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person whose offer in the online auction is accepted. If a bidder has submitted an offer wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property has been seized and will be sold in a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.
