Seized detached house property in Kankaanpää, Kankaanpää

The property is sold by online auction with incremental offers on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 23 July 2026 – 20 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 20 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The successful bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the purchaser.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 18 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
