The property will be sold by competitive offers in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 1 July 2026 and 2 August 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 30 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the Enforcement Authority when submitting a written bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the bailiff on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 1 July 2026 - 2 August 2026. The sale period ends on 2 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The bailiff will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the bailiff. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 30 July 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisering, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the Enforcement Authority when submitting the bid.
