The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22 July 2026 and 12 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 12 August 2026 at 15:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. A written offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The asset is seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the object for sale.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the sale object, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or any act related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
