The item will be sold by competing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22 July 2026 and 12 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system operation. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing by 6 August 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli Office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Written offers are binding and are subject to the same conditions as the online auction. A written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item’s reference number in the online auction service to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered on the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, in principle, be the person whose offer is accepted in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid entirely or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, in accordance with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the lot for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any sale-related or pre-sale action must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sale decision.
