The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 13 August 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The asset is seized and it will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must pay the transfer tax independently no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.
