Seized detached house property in Imatra, Imatra

The lot will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 8 July–30 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid-increment mechanism. The written offer must be submitted no later than 27 July 2026 at 12:00 to:

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number for the lot to which the offer relates.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
