The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com service between 23 July 2026 – 18 August 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction closes the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If this is not stated, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff pursuant to Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
