The property will be sold by competitive bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction between 30 June 2026 and 27 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as the highest. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be treated as the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing no later than 23 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If an offer cannot be made via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The written offer must be submitted by 23 July 2026 at 12:00 to Utsökningsverket/Realisering, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be signed and must contain the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service. The bidder must identify themself when submitting the offer.
