The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 16 July 2026 to 31 July 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 31 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 30 July 2026 at 12:00 to:

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the object.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An appeal against the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
