The property is sold by competitive offers in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 29 June 2026 and 29 July 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system records as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by the bailiff in a free sale in accordance with section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
