The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 22 July 2026–18 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 18 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system operation. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 13 August 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction item number for which the offer is made.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will generally be the person whose offer in the online auction is accepted. If the bidder has made an offer entirely or partly on behalf of another person, they must provide a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property is seized and is sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing insofar as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. An appeal instruction will be attached to the sale decision.
