Seized property with buildings in Honkajoki, Kankaanpää

The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 23/07/2026 - 16/08/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 13/08/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Pori office at Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
