The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18 August 2026 at 18:00. Each new bid extends the end time by three minutes.

Terms of Sale

Participation in the auction requires registration. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s systems. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid within seven working days of the end of the online auction. Acceptance of a bid and payment instructions will be notified to the buyer separately.

Bids are made on the purchase price, which does not include amounts payable to the housing company under the Companies Act (see the sales brochure section on obligations and rights transferring to the buyer). Any receivables of the housing company must be paid by the buyer directly to the housing company; the purchase price paid to enforcement does not reduce those receivables.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of EUR 10,000.00 to the Enforcement Authority’s designated account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest bid is accepted, an extension of up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price if necessary. If no extension is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the offer. If an extension is used, statutory annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

Appeals: An enforcement appeal against the sale and acts related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. A notice of appeal will be attached to the sale decision.

Sales conditions:

The property is seized and sold under the enforcement officer’s supervision in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid. More information is available in the sales prospectus.

Bids relate to the total purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any loan shares, unpaid company fees and other obligations or costs that the new owner will also be responsible for or must pay to obtain possession of the share apartment.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay may lead to the buyer’s liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
