The City of Kokkola is selling by auction a parcel of the property 272–411–13–2. The parcel contains buildings in poor/derelict condition, including one main building and three outbuildings at Möllerintie 557, 67400 Kokkola.

The City of Kokkola / Urban Environment – City Premises and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The property can be sold only to the highest bidder recorded in the system.

Bids made in the auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to liability for damages.

If the highest binding bidder makes an unfounded offer, they must pay the seller a penalty fee within 3 days equal to 20% of the auction price or at least €3,000.

The competent authority of the City of Kokkola reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The final highest offered purchase price requires the approval of Kokkola's city board and a separate sales decision
