The deadline for submitting bids expires on 30 August 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

If it is not possible to make an offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids placed in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 26 August 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Any fees for transfer of connection agreements are the responsibility of the buyer.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 30 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been made.

If it is not possible to leave a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 26 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
