The property is sold by increment auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction from 27 July 2026 – 14 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration.
The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14 August 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the bidder may submit a written offer to the Enforcement Authority to be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 13 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at the address below:

A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address:

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
