The lot is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 18 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or non‑acceptance of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s suspense account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If an extension is used, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer in accordance with the automatic bid increment. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

The asset is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot. Buyers should therefore inspect the lot before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must declare and pay the transfer tax at the latest when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the lot and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
