Seized properties with buildings in Pori, Pori

The object is sold by increase-bid online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 13/07/2026 - 05/08/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 05/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 03/08/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Institution's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
