The item is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 18/08/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 18/08/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept the highest bid or reject it.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to purchaser liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the balance of the purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the offer's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer pertains.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of free sale in accordance with the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code, where applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore familiarise themselves with the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
