The object will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 14/07/2026 - 05/08/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 05/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system operations. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 03/08/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Pori unit, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisonti.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
