The property is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 07/08/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer via the online service www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 07/08/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to four weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Any payment extension must be agreed separately. If an extension is used, annual interest will be charged on the full purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment deadline.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be submitted no later than 05/08/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore, buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
