The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer via the online service www.huutokaupat.com. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
