The lot is sold in an online auction with increment bids on the website huutokaupat.com during 08/07/2026 - 02/08/2026. The deadline for placing bids ends on 02/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer may, however, accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate pursuant to section 25 of chapter 5 of the Execution Act. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered no later than 31/07/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Pori Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
