Seized leasehold with detached house in Rauma, Rauma

The lot is sold by online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 13 July 2026 and 4 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 4 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold through a sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period runs from 13 July 2026 to 4 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increaser. The offer must be submitted no later than 3 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
