Terms of Sale

The property is sold by increasing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 18.09. to 09.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids ends on 09.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the auto-bidding system.
