Seized property in Ohtola, Virrat

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 8 October to 29 October 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right, if necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold as a private sale conducted by an enforcement officer under Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.
