The property is sold by auction bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 11.09.2026 - 11.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Office is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The bid must be submitted no later than 09.10.2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Agency at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the bid submitted is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 11.09.2026 - 11.10.2026. The sale period ends on 11.10.2026 at 18:00 or 2 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.
