Seized property in Raisio, Raisio

The property will be sold by bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 8 October 2026 to 29 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 29 October 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 27 October 2026 at 12:00 at the following address:

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

Other information

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents carefully. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration,

unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.
