The property will be sold by escalating bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 16.09.2026 and 12.10.2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12.10.2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid and provide more detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The bidder of the highest accepted bid must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the bidder of the highest accepted bid will be deemed the buyer.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
