Foreclosed property in Sastamala, Sastamala

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 8 October to 29 October 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 17:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right, if necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. This will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended, the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide more detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been foreclosed and will be sold by a free sale conducted by an enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.
