The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 29 October 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

Up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price, if necessary. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, subject, where applicable, to the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property for sale. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer obtains title to the property and the deed of sale is handed over to the buyer only once the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
