Participation in the auction requires registration. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately on accepting or rejecting the highest offer within seven working days after the online auction ends. Acceptance of the offer and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.

Offers are made on the purchase price, which does not include amounts payable by the buyer under the Housing Companies Act (see further the section in the sales brochure on obligations and rights transferred to the buyer). The buyer must pay the company's receivables directly to the housing company separately; the purchase price paid to enforcement does not reduce them in any way.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay as a deposit 4% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest offer is accepted, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if needed. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the offer. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

Appeal: An enforcement complaint concerning the sale or an act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
