Enforced sale of detached house property in Pielavesi, Pielavesi

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22.9.2026 and 13.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13.10.2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Service is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale to the Enforcement Service’s Kuopio office, address Ulosottolaitos, Kuopion toimipaikka, Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price will result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
