The property is sold by auction in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during 15.09.2026 - 11.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid. The bidder of the highest bid must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the bidder of the highest bid will be deemed to be the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automaton. The offer must be delivered no later than 08.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed, and it must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The offeror must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.

The property under enforcement is sold by private auction conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 15.09. - 11.10.2026. The sale period ends on 11.10.2026 at 18:00 or 2 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.
