Property in Saarijärvi sold by enforcement auction, Karstula

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 18 Sept to 11 Oct 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bid submission deadline ends at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid-increment automaton. The written

bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in

the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 8 Oct 2026 at 18:00 to the Jyväskylä office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay 20 per cent of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is considered the buyer.

The final purchase price may, if necessary, be granted a payment period of up to six weeks. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid has been accepted.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property, the sales brochure, and the attached documents before placing a bid.
