The property will be sold by upward-bidding auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 10/09/2026 and 11/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 on 11/10/2026, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid refers. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 09/10/2026 at 12:00 to the Pori office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
