Foreclosed detached house property in Lemi, Kuukanniemi, Lemi

The property will be sold by bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 18/09/2026 and 12/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 12/10/2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com for which the bid is submitted.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
