The property will be sold in an online auction on huutokaupat.com from 18.09.2026 to 11.10.2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. However, the enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Agency no later than 08.10.2026 at 12:00 in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

The object is sold in an online auction with raising bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 18.09.2026 to 11.10.2026 until 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 08.10.2026 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
