The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18 October 2026 at 18:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on huutokaupat.com to which the offer is submitted. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Finnish Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 14 October 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted.

The Finnish Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Finnish Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The attached property is sold by online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 18 October 2026 at 18:00 or 2 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 14 October 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.
