The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15.10.2026 at 10:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. 

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid is submitted. The submission of a written bid must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the bid must be delivered to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti; customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9 to 12 in the joint service area of the office building) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi no later than 12.10.2026 at 12:00.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
