The property will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction organised on www.huutokaupat.com between 6 August 2026 and 27 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 27 August 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids left in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person who made the accepted offer in the online auction. If a bidder has made an offer wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.
