The property will be sold by online auction on the huutokaupat.com website from 06.08.2026 to 30.08.2026. The deadline for placing bids ends on 30.08.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. However, the bailiff may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The bid must be delivered no later than 27.08.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Office in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Pori Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
