The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 11 August 2026–2 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 September 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s systems. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends, in writing, to the Enforcement Authority at:
