Seized property with buildings in Pori, Pori

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 27/08/2026 - 23/09/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23/09/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 21/09/2026 at 12:00 to the Pori office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the lot number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
