Property in enforcement sale with unfinished buildings, Pori

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 27.08.2026 to 17.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 17.09.2026 at 18.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The enforcement object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 27.08.2026 at 18.00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer separately decides whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer separately decides on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding mechanism. The offer must be submitted no later than 15.09.2026 at 12.00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
